If the High is 30 degrees and the Low is 20, then why is is now 15
degrees outside? Isn't that the whole point of the high and the low?
To give us some structure/guidelines to live by?

Wow Meegs...Chicago sure does sound cold... you should come back home where it cold but not that cold. I guess when I move to NYC next year I am in for a similar treat!! Oh no!!
